I knew they were rude

China Changes Course (from the LA Times) - My dad told me about this new initiative in China to get the population to be nice and have good manners for the 2008 Olympics. Good luck. When I was there years ago I saw people peeing and otherwise in the street, shotgunning boogers, farting and burping at will, just plain being mean…. Don’t even get me started about restaurant service in mainland Chinese restaurants. This’ll be interesting. Now the whole world gets to see how much Chinese people spit in the streets, hehe. Please don’t be offended. I’m only making fun of the most populus nation on earth, and my home country if you trace my roots back a couple generations :P
