Spam Sandwich

I made this spam sandwich yesterday. I used two eggs, three good sized slices of spam that were pan fried to crispy goodness, a slice of American cheese melted between the egg & spam, and an english muffin. I was so proud of it that I had to take a picture. YUM! I’m having a spam revolution.
