Better than my birthday

What a day. I drove to work, knowing that I’d get to leave early to go on a weekend camping trip. Right before leaving the office, I find a nice big box on my office chair. It’s my new Lenovo 3000 v200 notebook that’s arrived a day after being shipped! I didn’t expect it until Monday. I showed it off quickly, and ran to my car to meet someone with a possible hot buy off of Craigslist. A half our after leaving the office, I was a proud owner of a new Surly Steamroller with decent components and very well cared for. I jammed home, finished packing and we headed out the door. Since Cindy’s sister is coming with us, I volunteered to sit in the very back of the car next to the cargo. We just broke out of horrible traffic and are on the way up the windy road. I’ve been on my new computer the whole ride, and not only that, I’ve been on the net with my smartphone as a modem. I get near broadband speed, well not anymore. I’m in the mountains now. We’ll be at the campground soon. I bet I could even have internet while I’m up there. This is going to be a bad temptation. Look for reviews of my new steamroller and notebook next week along with some pictures from camping! For now, I’m going to shut down the computer and reeeelax!
